Teaching Staff: 14 Certified Educators Providing Comprehensive Support

Qualified teaching staff are the cornerstone of educational quality. Yousen’s Little Classroom currently employs 14 certified educators, specializing in Chinese language literacy, mathematical thinking, English启蒙 (early English education), and comprehensive literacy.

Our teaching team boasts an average of 7 years’ teaching experience, and all educators hold at least a bachelor’s degree. Each teacher undergoes rigorous selection and professional training—not only possessing solid subject-matter expertise but also skilled in communicating and interacting effectively with children aged 5–6.

Yousen adopts a "subject-specialized teaching" model, where each discipline is taught by dedicated subject specialists, ensuring depth and professionalism in instruction. Additionally, small-class teaching enables teachers to address each child’s individual learning needs.
